This policy explains how Prime Medi Softwares Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us") handles information collected through this website. It covers the website only — patient data processed inside the PMS software at a hospital is governed by the agreement with that hospital.

Information we collect

When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the details you enter: your name, hospital or clinic name, phone number, email address, the module you are interested in and your message. We also record the date and the IP address of the request to prevent spam and abuse.

Like most websites, our server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use advertising cookies on this website.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange a product demonstration.
• To share information about our hospital software that you have asked for.
• To protect the website against spam, fraud and attacks.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Third-party services

If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, or open our Google Maps location or Google reviews, those services process your data under their own privacy policies. The embedded map loads from Google only when shown.

Storage and security

Enquiries are stored on our hosting server in a location that is not publicly accessible, and access is limited to authorised staff. Information is sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and follow up, unless the law requires longer.

Your choices
